Annual Report 2006 - "Connections of Care"

A common theme, "Connections of Care" tied together the three related entities of QueensCare: St. Joseph's Health Support Alliance, QueensCare, and QueensCare Family Clinics. A separate, extra report with its own complementary cover was printed for the QueensCare Family Clinics section.

The Annual Report received an Award of Distinction by the 2007 Print Media Communicator Awards.
